Viktor Modev has Master’s degrees in Law, Public Administration, International Relations and Ceremonies in various universities in Europe and South America. He is a profficient user of English, Spanish, French and Russian.
Viktor Modev has been a Board Member and a Member of the Boad of Trustees since 18 October 2013.
As an expert with the JDF he is responsible for reasearches of financial and economic cubercrime schemes and combаting policies and related international comparative forensic researches and case-law studies.
