The Board of Trustees:

  1. elects the members of the Managing Board and controls their work;
  2. amends and supplements the Articles of Association;
  3. amends and supplements the Articles of Establishment;
  4. decides on the supplementation of the Foundation’s bodies;
  5. decides on the establishment and closing of branches of the Foundation;
  6. decides on the termination or alteration of the legal status of the Foundation;
  7. approves the annual budget and the annual financial report of the Foundation;
  8. approves the report for the Foundation’s activities as provided for in Art. 40, sub.3 of the Legal Persons with Non-Profit Goal Act.
